Pinot Noir Dinner

Hosted by Master Sommlier and ‘All Around Good Guy’ Michael McNeill Monday, August 25, 2008 Michael and I have chosen 8 wines to be paired with four courses. It is old world versus new world pinot and food prepared by our chefs based on Michael's recommendations. We are going to take a different approach to a wine dinner and serve it family style at our community table area and tear down the typical walls of formality as we like to do. Michael is the only master sommelier in the state and I think you would be hard pressed to find someone more knowledgeable on the subject of pinot in general and burgundy as a focus. He is wonderful at with sharing his knowledge without boring you, fire hosing you and nor is he self absorbed with his own mastery.
