We’ll be pouring a lineup of hand-selected wines from Burgundy—a legendary wine region in France known for producing some of the world’s most elegant and expressive wines. Burgundy is home to iconic grapes like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, celebrated for their bright acidity, layered complexity, and ability to reflect the unique character of the vineyards where they’re grown. From silky, red berry-driven reds to crisp, mineral-driven whites, you’ll get a taste of what makes this region so special—all perfectly paired with an assortment of chef’s select cheeses.
The evening is hosted by Miguel Cervantes, who’s been a fine wine rep with Prime Wine and Spirits for over 16 years. He’s traveled to wine regions across the U.S., Europe, and South America, and loves sharing what makes each place unique—especially the magic of Burgundy.
