Tuesday Tasting: Pops & Pinot 6/16
Join us on Tuesday, June 16 at 6:30 pm for our Tuesday Tasting: Pops & Pinot, a night that proves great wine doesn’t have to take itself too seriously. This playful lineup features sparkling wines (“the pops”) and still Pinot Noir, with a twist: the bubbles are made from Pinot Noir too. Same grape, two totally different vibes.
Expect a range of styles, from bright, crisp sparklers to smooth, earthy Pinots, all paired with an assortment of cheeses that make everything taste even better.
Your host for the evening is Shannon Hamilton, a former NYC bartender and sommelier who swapped late nights for the wine world and hasn’t looked back. Now with RNDC for over four years, she’s all about making wine approachable, unpretentious, and actually enjoyable to learn about. She holds a WSET Level II certification (passed with distinction), but more importantly, she knows how to keep things fun.
